Apply only one patch per day.
If your child is between 4 to 5 years old, consider cutting one patch in half for use.
Once applied, keep it on for at least 4 hours. It’s okay if the patch stays on for longer than 4 hours, but a minimum of 4 hours is sufficient to allow the nutrients in the patch to be fully absorbed.
Recommended application areas are the back, the tops of the feet, the back of the hands, and the calves. (Apply one part)

For example, if you apply a patch to your child's back at 9 PM, remove it the next morning, and then apply a new patch on the back at 9 PM that evening.

I have had a mixed experience with the Hautuki patch. I am not entirely sure how effective it is for height growth since children naturally grow, so it’s difficult to tell whether any increase is due to the patch or normal development, though of course we hope it gives an extra boost. My daughter has used it for about two years, with a break when an earlier batch wasn’t sticky enough, but the recent version has improved in shape and adheres much better. She believes in it strongly and has even taken the initiative to monitor her growth this year, if there is a significant increase, we might consider that the patch helped. Regardless, it has given her motivation and confidence, which I find meaningful.
